Vinyasa (in Sanskrit it means “to place in a special way”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. The class flows through warming the body, finding a rhythm with our breath, cultivating heat through creative sequences, balancing, stretching, and quieting our mind and body. A variety of alternative postures are offered to accommodate various experience levels and student needs.

Gentle Yoga is a gentler, slower form of hatha yoga which includes more warm-up movements, low impact movements, breath work, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is great for anyone with injuries, pain, mobility, health issues or simply prefers to move at a slower pace without pushing themselves to do anything that might make them uncomfortable.
