Join us for a sacred Día de los Muertos inspired workshop—a journey through yoga, meditation, and ritual honoring the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. Through breathwork, movement, and stillness, we will explore the law of impermanence, finding beauty in mourning and freedom in acknowledging death and celebrating life. This immersive experience includes: Yoga sequencing, guided meditation, sound baths, flower ceremony, ancient rituals, cacao ceremony and so much patterns. Together, we will weave ancient wisdom, Día de los Muertos history, and universal grief into a celebration of memory, love, and transformation. $60 ticket price ($39.99 for members!)
