The perfect health program
This is a weekend retreat workshop series comprising of five sessions at two hours each. Created by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon. You will learn what Ayurveda is, where it came from and how and why this knowledge will help you profoundly in your health and wellbeing. By discovering your mind body composition or ”Dosha” you will begin to realize why you are prone to certain issues and how to easily make changes in your daily life through nutrition, body movement, meditation techniques, aroma and much more to bring you to your natural state of balance.

The 5 sessions:
Session #1
you will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda, Meditation, Yoga and the Doshas.
Session #2
you will learn about specific nutrition for your personal composition to best nourish you and your digestive system.
In Session#3
you will learn different techniques to rejuvenate your system and eliminate toxins.
Session #4
you will learn tools to assist you in conscious communication to enhance relationships and help you achieve emotional freedom
Session #5
you will learn to use your senses to access the power of your body’s inner pharmacy to heal, nourish and maintain balance.

Meet Your Instructor Lisa!
Lisa Cito is an experienced certified, registered yoga teacher through the Ishta yoga center N.Y.C. (Be Yoga) She is a certified Holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in N.Y.C. and an Ayurvedic teacher as well by way of her studies with Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center University in La Costa California. Lisa has been assisting her students since the mid 80’s to discover and bring out their true inner vibrant glow. She continues studying and learning in her quest to continually learn and grow and share and with her students. Lisa is a published author of many guided meditations and oxygen yoga book series. She had her own private yoga wellness studio for the 20 years in Greenwich, Ct. Lisa taught in Rye at the Westchester Country Club and Greenwich Country Club for 15 years and is delighted to be teaching classes and programs at Grow Wellness
