Inner Wisdom Combo JourneyThe session begins with either a half-hour of targeted bodywork or a hour of full-body massage, followed by a full hour of Craniosacral Therapy. During the second hour, the therapist's focus is connecting to client's inner framework through the skull, sacrum, fascial tissue and other landmarks.
