What is a past life regression and how can it be useful?
According to Eastern philosophy, we incarnate over and over again.  It is not all of us that incarnates, but a only a small part of our soul that comes in for a journey on earth.  After our stay here on earth we return to the energy of our soul (this is a simplification, there are actually different stages and levels we go through to get there)
What is the purpose of coming back again and again? 
Having taken hundreds of people through a past life regressions, and being part of a spiritual mystery school for almost 20 years, I have discovered a few reasons we incarnate multiple times. 

• The soul is seeking to learn new things and expand in different ways
• We have karma to play out, meaning we did things to others in past lives that we have to come back to balance the scales about
• We become attached to the physical world and yearn to come back to it.
• We create hurts and traumas in other lives that we need to come back and heal
• We want to bring our unique gifts into the world to help evolve it and make it a better place.

Releasing the hold of negative emotions
In his famous book “Many Masters, Many lives” Brian Weiss shows us that the underlying cause of his patient’s problem stemmed from past lives. Although triggers and negative reactions are related to earlier childhood they also may stem from other lives we lived that were traumatic. I have done hundreds of past life regressions with clients that helped them dissolve old patterns and phobias that way.
Discovering past spiritual gifts
It stands to reason that not all our past lives were traumatic.  Many were mundane but also some were miraculous where we cultivated a special gift and ability.  I have created a past life process for clients to discover a spiritual gift or ability they cultivated in a past life, remove any obstacles to that expression and activate it again in this life time.
Quantum science shows us that everything is interconnected.  This is true of not just this life but other lifetimes that interweave and become tendencies we have in this life time. Since everything is interconnected it means we can have access to it and work with it for the mutually benefit of everyone.
